Delivery

  • Orders ship from supplier warehouses within Australia.
  • We deliver to most Australian addresses. A small number of remote locations can't be serviced for some items. If this affects your order, we will contact you.
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your address and the size and weight of your order.
  • Delivery times depend on the item, the warehouse it ships from and your location. Regional and remote areas can take longer.
  • When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details where the carrier provides them.
  • Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels.

Returns & refunds

  • No change-of-mind returns. We don't accept returns or give refunds for change of mind, so please check the product description, dimensions and specifications before you order.
  • Faulty, not as described or wrong item: under the Australian Consumer Law you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. For a major failure, you can choose a refund or a replacement.
  • Damaged in transit: please email us within 7 days of delivery so we can claim with the carrier. If you find damage later, still contact us. Your ACL rights still apply.
  • How to claim: email support@zenithsport.com.au with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back, because our products ship from different warehouses and we'll give you the correct return address.
  • Return shipping: we pay return shipping for faulty, damaged, not-as-described or wrong items.
  • Refunds: approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
